Poor customer service

Repeated poor service. I have never received my order on time and to an extend that they deliver expired goods. The ETA on the app continues to send when it reaches the delivery time. Some of the items will even be dusty. When you call the client service centre they advise you to go to the store you bought from. What’s the point of buying online if you still have to go to the store. Checkers 60 is able to arrive before the ETA, Pick n Pay must stop with this dismissive behavior and stop partnering with major banks.
