poor customer service

I went to Pick 'N Pay (Thembi Mall, Tembisa) seeing a pamphlet online and on arrival i get the the is no stock for the special not even a display its normal business with only a few items placed which are on special , I get assisted by a cashier at the till point and i ask about the special she has no clue then the manager comes by , firstly she did not greet i greet her then ask her she quickly brushes me off with an attitude as to the is no stock , the is nothing she can do . now is this because the store is in a black township that the reception must be this bad?
