Poor customer service

I bought a jumpsuit about 5 months ago. I washed it as I was told on the instruction label and the water was black from the colour lose of the garnet and it shrunk . I wrote an email about 4 months ago when this first happened and attached photos of the colour of the water and to this day I haven’t heard from anyone.
