Poor customer service

I've missed the call of the driver and returned the call after 4 minutes. No answer at all. Now the order is indicated as undelivered and I have to wait 3-7 working days for refund! Ridiculous! Payment is deducted immediately with placing of order and now I have to wait for refund. No credit so I can place new order, NO, I have to wait for refund.

Customer service just say sorry, not helpful at all. I was a loyal customer for many years but after this incident, no longer.
