Poor customer service

I went to picknpay stellenbosch square. We shop there daily as you can check on our smart shopper I guess. Went to the hot foods and asked for a samosa mince. Got it and went to pay along with my other items. Then left the store and took a bite of my samosa which was cheese and jelapino. Went back to the food section and asked for the mince. Again took it and walked out took a bit and guess what.. Again a cheese and jelapino. Went back again and all the lady in the hot food section could say was I DO T KNOW WHO PACKED THIS RACK... Like as if that is my fault... I'm a daily paying customer at that store. Never again I will take my money and go into checkers.. Better service and products always fresh. PicknPay meats are horrible and Grey.
