Poor customer service

Pick and pay Carlton center is the worst 😫 their customers service is poor poor poor and the tellers are so rude and lazy. Today a teller by the name of pearl was so rude and told me that buying a bus ticket is not her duty as I simply asked her to assist me with checking availability. She was rude and full of kaak .Carlton center pick and pay services are too bad and I just go back there because it's the closest to my house but otherwise the stuff is full of trash
