Poor customer service

What an appaling service I received from pick n pay Diepkloof square yesterday 19/08/2023 from a cashier by the name of Xolani ,it's like he's doing us a favor and I'm there spending my hard earned money for Xolani to treat me like **** I'm so disgusted of he's behavior we not he's dogs or he's friends, he must not forget were he is he's at work therefore he must act accordingly, he should be disciplined and if i don't get any feedback from he's superiors by COB Monday 21/08/2023 I'm going to escalate this complaint till it reaches the highest level management
