Poor customer service

I placed an onrder on the Pick n Pay online platform, Bottles on the 30th of March. An incorrect order was delivered which I retured with the Driver the same time. He promised to come back with my order and never returned. the following day I contacted their customer service. I must say they are very unprofessional and not helpful. My customer service ticket was closed without my issue getting resolved. I was promised that a credit has been passed, and, to this date I don't have the money in my account. this is terrible customer service.
