poor customer service.

I am so disappointed. on 2nd of July I was treated like dirt at pick n' pay Alex mall by the Store manager George Medupi, the regional manager called me and said the store manager will call to apologize of which he did after a week I laid the complain. I said he must send me a written apology to assure my safety and fair treatment at the store, this is because I am female Alexandra resident , and now I'm forced to go shop far from where I stay. even now I'm still waiting for the apology as promised, As a loyal pick n' pay customer I'm very disappointed by the treatment I got, I'm the one who always has to make follow ups pertaining my complaint. I will NEVER EVER shop at Pick n' pay Alex Mall at London Road. the store manager really needs customer service training. I just hope and pray that he doesn't give the same treatment he did to other costumers.
