Poor customer service

I was at Pick n Pay Louis Botha the lines were long and only two POS were working one of the express POS and one of the main Ones I think it was till number 4/5 this is really unacceptable,the store manager came through,I spoke to him and he advised me that the rest of the staff members will only be coming at 11 am I really don’t understand why is there’s such a poor planning on their sites,they should have scheduled all the operators for today and make sure that all the tills are occupied, in addition the outside of the store is very dirty it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for a few days, the parking area is a mess bottles of alcohol everywhere and lit all over the place. For a store that sells food and other consumables should be spotless there must be staff members making sure that the place looks clean all the time. This store really brings this Brand down
