Poor customer service
The cashiers at Pick n Pay Westville Pavillion offer the worst service. They are utterly rude and have no time of day for their customers. Most of the time they are too caught in their own conversation to be bothered about assisting people in endless queues.... The service at that store in particular sucks!!!!
