Poor customer service

Pick n Pay ASAP in particular! My delivery arrived with a missing item. I sent an email inquiry and called as well raising my concern but up until this point I've received NO JOY from them. They are forever dragging their feet when it comes to resolving queries. The services really sucks. No matter how big or small a query is customer service should always be a priority and this is what they fail to understand. Lack of communication is what they're good at
