Poor Customer Service

Bad Customer service, On the 10th of October My card declined only to find out that it has debited from my bank , when I went back to the store to dispute the matter,they took my bank statement nd contacts they said the matter will be resolved in a day & to this day the matter hasn’t being resolved ..when I try calling 1 of the managers (Mahommad)it rings with no answer …
