Poor customer service

Worst customer service. They limit purchasing the amount of cigarettes I would like to buy with cash. As they state that they won't have enough stock once I've bought most of the cigarettes available & takes approximately 4 days for more stock to come in. Yet I am a paying customer. Not taking on credit. This is Ridiculous!
