Poor customer service

Good day

I want to complain about the customer service I got from Dobsy point pnp staff.

I had poor service from poppies Alie boikanyo and her packer feziwe, they should becareful of what they say about customers because they never know who they serving. Please discipline your staff before I take this to Ackerman.

They can't be saying I'm testing them when I asked for 4 plastics and I asked them to double them for me as I had bought many things.

I request an apology from them or I take it up with ackerman
