Poor customer service

Went to pick n pay Wednesday the 22nd Feb. Was served by PHALANDWA ONICA. I asked for a cash back of a 1000r..she said she only has 200r ...ocsaid it's fine I will take that 200r. Don't know whether it was the supervisor or manager ho was there with her. They then closed the till and they both left me standing there by the till without saying anything to me
