Poor customer service

Terrible customer service at PNP little falls. For weeks now the cashier are so busy talking to one another that they do not even hear when you request for packets, they pack the groceries so badly that things are damaged when you get home - when you ask them to pack nicely you are just given attitude. Considering the cost of food and the amount of money one spends at PNP you would think common decency and good service would be a priority. Also the ladies at the bakery are always talking at the back, one has to walk into the bakery at the back to call for help. It really is just terrible.
