Poor customer service

It's so disappointing how customers are treated at Pick n Pay based in a township of Kwathema. Items bought by a customer are always inspected everytime they approach the entrance. First of all members who were at the security entrance where not in uniforms. I'm i supposed to guess that they work for Pick n Pay??? They could be ********* for all i know. It's so unfortunate that customers in townships are treated differently from customers in suburban areas and i hope one day all Pick n Pays stores would use same method. I'm comfortable driving to Pick n Pay in Springs Mall where I'll be treated as a loyal customer than Pick n Pay at Ekhaya centre. If a security guard sees me paying for my groceries at the till why would you want to inspect those items? Maybe management should focus on training and improve housekeeping and ensuring that customers feel comfortable. We are the reason why the supermarket is still operational day in day out
