Poor customer service

The new store manager in sunward park is very rude and unprofessional ,the name tag was not even visible,she never listen or attend to customers complaints.the cashiers are overcharging customers and when you bring it to her attention she is very much likely not to solve or attend the query,she lack management skills.those who buy electricity and cash withdrawal please double check your slips. report reply
