Poor Customer Service

We placed an order on Saturday 18 November 2023 for the Gold Air Air fryer which is on promotion for R999. The money went of my son's account and I made arrangements with my cousin who stays in the Strand to go pick it up at the Branckenfell branch as Somerset doesn't have that promotion. When she arrives they asked her where was it places etc. than they made some phone calls just to tell her that the fryer is out of stock and only than i received a email to say that it is out of stock. ( o and I was allowed to pick the time to pick it up ) this is very poor customer service and I stay in Saron I cant just go to a pnp as we dont have a Pnp the nearest one is Wellington.
