Poor Customer service

I am so disappointed with the staff members of Pick N Pay (Festival Mall) especially because it was a woman and not a man, you would think that women will understand other women better but NOOOOO they are the ones that will treat you BAAAAAAAAAAAD I am shocked that Pick N Pay does not prioritize heavily pregnant women like elderly people, I am 8 months and 2 weeks pregnant with swollen feet and swollen face painful joints etc and unfortunately I had to go to the store for some essentials and when I got there the queues were quite long I then decided to go ask one of the cashiers to assist me and instead of her explaining to me that Pick N Pay does not have that culture of prioritizing heavily pregnant women she just decided to completely ignore me and continued with what she was doing I then walked away and joined the queue I am not happy at all with the treatment.
