Poor customer service
Yesterday morning at 11:00 I ordered bread rolls,vienas and yoghurt for my daughter's school lunch. I received a msg saying I will get my order in 60 minutes I waited forever. Till I sent a msg requesting about my order. Later at 4 afternoon I received a massage saying the driver couldn't find me. My money will be refunded. It hasn't been refunded and my child hasn't have anything to eat at school. I always buy my groceries on line at pick pay. I'm so dissapointed on you. What is my 8 Yr daughter will eat. I haven't got my refund to buy. Pls refund me as soon as possible

12 May 2025, 15:35I've been waiting too long I need to buy food for my child and I don't have money. I can't wait long she doesn't have food for school. Pls refund me. I can't beg you for my money. She's hungry and sad. She can't go to school without food

12 May 2025, 18:02I'm not impressed your refund takes 3 to 5 business working days. Excluding banking charges. I did mention that my 8 Yr olddaughter doesn't have food for school. That was the last money on my account
