POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Hi <br> I called pick n pay customer care on 30.09.2015 , spoke Vikesh , *** .<br> <br> I complained to him I purchased pnp brand starking apples twice , the quality is no longer good & crispy / fresh like it used to be and the bag had about 6 apples that was brown and after a day it was half rotten .very disappointed in the product<br> <br> until this day I never heard back from the customer care pick n pay .<br> <br> is this what customer service is for a Big company like pick n pay ???
