Poor customer service

My orders have been redirected to the address that I don't even know. Last time I alerted them but they kept saying, the matter will be looked into.That's only thing they are good at but the matter never gets resolved. As it is I had to fetch my order from neighbours, yet the reason I ordered online is to get my order delivered at my door steps. Order #*** 13 Sep 2023
