Poor customer service

I went to the establishment on Wednesday to purchase a pair of slippers that were on sale and i was assisted by the store manager named Sfiso. He was so rude and unprofessional to me. The slippers i took had a different price on the tag than the price shown on the till and i was informed by the consultant that the price is correct from another pair of the same slippers. The store manager Sfiso made it seem like it was my own fault that the till was populating yet another different price that was not on the slippers. His tone and manner of response to me when i asked him questions to clear the confusion was very rude and hostile. The Pick n Pay Clothing in question is in Randburg square. I am a frequent customer there and had never experienced such service before until yesterday the 10th July 2019. I am extremely disappointed especially because he is a manager and his suppose to lead by example to his staff.
