Poor Customer Service

My Partner, Yolanda Titus bought a Hurricane Cell C phone at Pick a Pay Hypermarket, Brackenfell on 22 December 2018. After 2 weeks the phone was unable to charge the battery. She took the phone in to Pick a Pay on 22 January 2019, for it to be repaired. She was told that it will take between 7 and 14 days. After the 14 days she went to the store to enquire. She was told that they haven't received the phone back. They will phone her to inform her about the progress. She never got call back from them. After that she went back to the store on numerous occasions and nobody was able to give her feedback. Every time she was informed that someone will phone her back. This however never happened. Today she tried to get in touch with them by phone on several occacions, no success. Someone just keep on putting down on her. Today its 13 February and she still without a phone. This is really poor customer service. The Repair Order nr is 16731. Her contact number is ********** 663.
