Poor customer service
I went to pick n pay cosmo city mall on monday around 18:45. I am not happy with level of customer service offered there. This has happed several times. The workers there when they knock off and have groceries they don't queue, always they go infront of us even the mall car guard. As much as we stand long on queue we should all be treated fairly. Pick n pay workers should stand on queue when they have knocked off.The Kiosk cashier was Maggie. I even told her then after assisting me she left the till
