Poor customer service

I am a regular customer of the pick n pay retailers and was disappointed at the service of this particular one located at tembisa megamart. The cashiers don't greet the customers when they approach their tills and to make it worse, customers are EXPECTED to pack their own items after purchase. Now at most pick n pay retailers or other retailers that I have come across the cashiers pack your items for you unless the customer willingly does it for themselves. This behaviour is totally unacceptable and nor is it fair. One pick n pay retailer cannot do one thing and another does the total opposite. I expect the same service from all pick n pay retailers.
