Poor customer service

I have had numerous complaints about Pick 'n Pay Pretoria north. Customer service and complaints department is just as useless when it comes to resolving issues. Replying on emails saying "we would be in contact soon" does not solve the problem incase you didn't know that Pick 'n Pay!!!!
