Poor customer service

<p>I am disappointed with the poor customer service from pick and pay Glen Marais. I bought viennas no name brand and when I got home realised the expiry date was on the 18th December and today it's the 22nd . When I returned the Viennas the only good customer Service I received was from the security guard as for the pick and pay staff member who was assisting me didn't even bother to give an apology . All she said was do you want a refund or exchange I told her an exchange . She left without saying anything came back and said they are all expired so will have to give you a refund. I wish she had offered another brand or something since I really needed the Viennas now I have to go to spar or checkers to get them .</p> <p> </p> <p>If this is the kind of service they offer I won't be doing any of my shopping here anymore .</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
