Poor customer service
Disappointed ,I ordered a birthday cake from pick n pay Birchleigh north on the 30/10/2019,collected it on the 2/11/2019 the outside of the cake looked great,well decorated but the inside was old,as hard as a dumpling and the taste was horrible,I went back to the store with a complaint and guess what the answer was ?that's how their cakes are nd they never received a complaint before.
