Poor customer service

Good day

I bought enterprise vienna at pick n pay Atteridgeville maunde, on sunday 30 May 2021, I saw them on special and I was happy with the price. We went home the following day when I needed to prepare my little one lunch box when I was about to open I realised the Viennas has pork as ingredient, as a family we don't eat pork. I went to pick n pay Atteridgeville told that I bought this product and I realised later that it has pork and we don't eat pork, can you kindly refund me so that I can buy chicken Viennas cause it was 2 boxes for my kids lunch box the whole month. The store manager Mr Abraham Sehlora told me that they can't refund me or take vienna back as the moment customers buy perishables products the moment it leaves the store is of poor quality, when we got home the Viennas were in a fridge.

So I don't understand why they can't assist me, what will I do with Viennas of pork as we don't eat pork, so I must use my money again to buy chicken Viennas.

Please help me by talking to pick n pay Atteridgeville maunde to refund me so I can buy chicken Vienna.

Last time I bought atropika juice with expiry date of less than 2 weeks and I return it the following day and the same store assisted me, I am not what is so different to this case.
