Poor customer service

It's been three days waiting for my order or refund from Pic n pay ASAP jabulani mall, we tried calling the customer ser9to complain about the issue but then till to date nothing has happen, no communication nor feedback about our order.. I've been quite about the type of service they are rendering but now people have to know that Pic n pay ASAP doesn't take customers seriously, we use to get staff that has broken packages, food that has a sell by dte that is closer and getting drunk delivery drivers.. Now is this issue of refund or parcel delivery... 01 September 2025...call reference number 197124... This was the last call made to their call center
