Poor customer service

I bought 2 x 2L milk (Pick and Pay Brand) on 17 Jan. Expiry date is 25 Jan 24.

Since yesterday milk went off. I returned the milk to the shop this afternoon. Mgosi, the manager was rude and said to me the milk was consumed!!!!! We drank some of the milk the first day.

He blatantly refused to exchanged the milk. The manager requires urgent customer care service. He is the cause that I will never buy from a Pick anc Pay again !!!!
