Poor Customer Sercice#2 Pick n Pay #***

Still havent received my groceries for #*** I spoke to an agent called Lithemba whom I gave my details as per request,

We received calls that the delivery would be be made on Saturday 22/06/2024 nothing came through, An Agent by the name of Shakeerah claims they have escalated the query to the store (which store) she doesn't make follow ups to check if the issue has been resolved she is quick to close tickets and mark them solved.

Is this what customer service has become?
