Poor customer satisfaction

I went to Pick and Pay Hazelpark, Germiston to shop and withdraw money R700 to be precise. I queued at till number 7 and after having to wait a long queue I was told by a chashier by the nam Xoli that its her till and she doesn't have money, if i can pay at the till amd go start another queue elsewhere where there is money, she further asked her colleagues who has money in their till and told me if I want money I must go to till number 2. I had to start another queue afresh. I must say I'm so disappointed with how I was treated as a customer who regularly shops there. After my experience i relayed my complaint at the store to Reinet I am not sure what steps were taken
