Poor customer sales services.

Hi I went to pnp montana to purchase a fridge on the 3d of September 2021 it was a kic bottom freezer it only worked for a week. The fridge top part is not cooling. I went to the store on the 10th to report its not working. The technician came on the 21st he was very rude and impatient he complained that the fridge was a different colour than spesified how is this relevant????? The technician fixed the top cooling part it was working when he left, a week passed again then the whole fridge stopped working and then we took back the fridge to the store with our own transportation and then we booked it again with them Moses said they will call us within 3 days until now no call or feedback has been given I keep going there with my own money and they refuse to give us a refund and keeps telling me that I must wait for the supplier to credit me. My food is rotten. Poor customer in store sales services ever. I would like a new fridge or my money in the 24 hours I have babies at home and this is unacceptable. My name is Portia Msiza ***
