Poor Customer Relations and Care (Shouting at Customers)

A lady at the Pick n pay Montana kiosk (with an Afro) rudely shouted at customers out of nowhere indicating that the she is not dealing with the till. Surprisingly another lady filled the till because she saw us waiting.

Customer relations and customer care is an integral part of making us continuously choose the brand. Training of soft skills / communication is key for the Afro lady as she cannot be allowed to use her internal squabbles at loyal customers. I confronted her about the ordeal but think management needs to look at this. It happened at 09:56z
