Poor Customer Relations

The service at Pick n Pay Park Meadows yesterday was extremely bad. There were few cashiers working, and there seemed to be some issue. Don't know if it was with their Point Of Sale system or the payment gate. Almost all the cashiers were asking for authorization, but there were no supervisors visible. We stood in line for over 20 minutes, with no explanation as to what was going on. It was as if they were on a go slow or something. The least they could have done is inform us if there was a problem with any of the systems, rather than have us waiting in line with nothing happening
