Poor clothes quality and very bad service

I bought a pack with underpants and a pack with boxer pants for my husband at Ilanga Mall Nelspruit. When I came home, I saw that the sizes of the all boxers and underpants were different..some of them have hardly any stretch in the elastic. I took it to the newly opened Pick n pay clothing at The Junction opposit Crossins centre. Needless to say that they refuse to take back underwear. Only after I insisted and show them the difference in elastics, they agreed to refund me. At the tills, only after I stood in a queue for about 30min all of a sudden it was an issue that I bought it at another store and Dorah refuse to assist further and sent me back to Ilanga.. I am absolutely furious and disappointed about the whole ordeal... since when are a customer unable to return goods to another store..and shoul go back to THE SAME BRANCH??? Pick n Pay's clothing's clothes quality is absolutely pathetic, but still you support them with specific goods..but EVERY TIME if you must take clothes back for exchange or refund, it is the biggest issues... Maybe I should just learn my lesson!!!
