Poor client service

On 13 April, I sent an e-mail to Pick n Pay with pictures on insects and worms that I found in their PnP brand Jasmine rice when i had just opened it. I got a response the following day requesting follow up information which I gave to them i.e. expiry date, store purchase, smart shopper information etc. I got a response 7 days later giving me a reference number for the complaint ***) & telling me that it has been escalated to Head Office. I am really disappointed in the fact that it has been over a month later, and I have not received any acknowledgement or feedback from Head Office. I even called Customer Services today and was told that there has been no feedback from Head Office on this as yet. This is extremely poor client service to a loyal customer and I would like prompt feedback on this.
