Poor care

A lady by the name of Natasha from Pick n pay online called me regarding my order to tell me that my order will not be delivered on Saturday 04/12/2021, and that it's been rescheduled for Monday, when I asked her how do they reschedule a date without informing me she started being rude and when I said to her ok I understand that it's no longer coming on the dates I booked and it's coming on the day that they decided on their own can she please advice who is going to receive the order on my behalf she started being rude and dropped the phone on me

I'm not complaining but would like to know if I was wrong to ask questions regarding my order and once again Monday I'm not available
