Poor arrogant & rude

This morning I went to buy breakfast at Pick n Pay as usual,the ladies who were supposed to assist us were dragging their legs some busy chatting,we were in a quee waiting to be assisted,I had to call them and ask for assistance bcz it was getting late for work,Debora came with her attitute as usual since im a regular customer I have seen her treating us like we nothing,she didnt even greet or apologise.I placed my order she said I have to wait for the stove to heat,I waited, while she was doing her things slowly,I asked her if she can be quick coz we have already waisted 15min waiting to be attended,she ignored me and gave me a dirty look continued talking to her friends,I asked for her colleque to come assist quictly she refused said No I can't Debora will help you,I went to complain to the manager who didnt have a name tag ,who was not even interested on my complain busy pressing his phone,I left bcz I didnt get the attention from him I wasted 30min and didnt get my breakfast either.I always buy my breakfast and lunch at that Pick n Pay I have been tolerant enough for the bad behaviour and poor service we receive from that Pick n Pay hence I decided to raise an alam
