Poor app

Good day I am really not impressed, i saw on pnp app earlier KWV 10yr x2 for R259. 99 marked down. Just as i was about to order it was gone. I phoned the store and they know nothing about this promotion, only the 1x KWV 10yr plus a water for that price. This is not the first time trying to purchase an item on promo than minutes later it disappears on their app. Pnp really need to look into this, because they decide any minute that there's no stock than you have 10mins for a replacement item but the replacement is only a few options.
