Poor and rude service.

To whom it may concern.

I shopped at your branch in the Paarl Mall and received rude and extremely poor service.

A product on sale was out of stock. I was brought a similar product and was told it will be given to me at the same price, however at the till there was a R55 difference.

I calmly complained and the woman that came to the till with a hell of a long q said that she cannot give it to me for less.

Eventually she said she will deduct it from the young man's pay.

I then left as I had to go back to work. I still bought a trolley full of goods.

The attitude of that woman was ********** to say the least.
