Poor and Offensive Customer Service

I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from a cashier (MMABATHO MOELETSI) at Pick n Pay Hyper Centurion Lifestyle Center on September 14, 2020. I have experienced rude and disrespectful treatment from her that i refuse to tolerate,she spoke to me in a most rude and vulgar manner infornt of the packer and other customers . She didn't even have a identification tag that shows her name i had to ask the packer who called the manager (Lionel) who did nothing ,he only said he will deal with her later . I don't know how many people she has offended, but I found her behavior so offensive and disrespectful that I don't want to go to the store again.

I personally feel she has no place interacting with the public when she lacks the most basic sense of propriety and kindness..I think you should deal with her before your business suffers and whatever action you decide to take, I'm certainly willing to act as witnesses.

I demand a written apology from her and the store.By the way i was told that the store manger is Godfrey Tshabalala and not Lionel.Please investigate and revert back to me.Please update your store list Pick n Pay Hyper Centurion Life style Center is not on the list.
