Poor and disgusting service from Pick 'n Pay Newcastle Mall Staff member

A staff member by the name of Siphiwe at Pick 'n Pay Newcastle mall liqour is very rude to customers.he even has the audacity to say even if I report him there are too many siphiwe's at the store they can't identify him.instead of him realising and rectifying the mistake that the item has gone up at the tills compared to the price it was placed under,he decided to be rude and throw insults.Clearly a customer is not valued at that store and the customer service is not common practice.as no appology was said for their mistake and insults I will continue preaching to people to stop buying from there as we are not valued enough.
