Poor and deceiving service

I was quite disappointed with my initial online shopping experience with Pick n Pay. I ordered something on December 15th, 2022, and my full payment was deducted on December 18th. Today, I receive my order, and it is incomplete; I was supposed to receive 3 cases of 24 ****** beer cooldrink, but I only received 2, and the 18 cases of twist granedilla cooldrink were not delivered. I was informed that after the money was deducted from my account that my ordered items were out of stock, I am so disppointed
