Poor and Bad Service overall

The staff at the tills (both at cigarette and liquor stations) were horrible for my experience this past weekend. I couldn't withdraw money as I was rudely addressed that the machines are not working. Then the lotto tickets were not available, as a result I ended up playing power ball as it was the only one available. I also couldn't get the price of a 200 pack of cigarette, apparently she doesn't know how to do that. Then at the liquor store there was no one to help customers but the staff was there. One was on the cellphone while the other was just sitting on the other till doing nothing. One gentlemen in front of us ended up exchanging words with the cellphone engaged lady as he left the store without being helped. <br> I found such behaviour as not acceptable to us as customers, and request that Pick 'n Pay investigate this matter, urgently.
