POOOR DELI SERVICE!

Hi, I am a regular client @ killburn Pick& Pay, and it's a major hassle when it comes to polony and cold meat. They pre-pack polony and cold meat, and have bought it numorous times where it is smelly and sour once opened. If I asked for Freshly cutted polony, The girls in the deli always have a problem as it is too much of trouble to cut it, They do not sell mixed cold meats, I asked a manager to assist and then she told me, she don't know in which country I was born, but no retailer in South Africa sell mixed cold Meat. The Deli at Pick & Pay Killburn is a HUMONGUS problem, The Staff is unhelpfull and unfriendly, Managers with no customer care service experience. PLEASE, rather close the deli area instead of clients having to struggle!
